Welcome to our Terms and conditions section, we’re all about creating easy, comfortable, and enjoyable stays and these Terms & Conditions simply help keep everything running smoothly for everyone.
Here you’ll find the important details about bookings, payments, cancellations, house rules, and general guidelines for staying in our hotels and short-term rental properties. Nothing complicated just the essentials to make sure your experience (and everyone else’s) is stress-free and enjoyable.

Booking and Reservations
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only once payment or deposit has been successfully received and a confirmation email issued.
- The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Guests must provide accurate personal and contact information when booking. Holi.mt reserves the right to cancel bookings with incorrect or misleading information.
Pricing and Payments
- All prices are displayed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may vary depending on season, demand, and availability.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, as stated during the reservation process.
- Any outstanding balance must be settled prior to check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Holi.mt reserves the right to amend prices in the event of clear errors or system malfunction.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate selected and the property reserved.
- Flexible Rate:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in a charge of up to 100% of the total booking amount.
- Non-Refundable Rate:
No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure.
- Failure to arrive on the agreed check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may result in full charge.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7–14 working days to reflect.
Security Deposit
- Some properties may require a refundable security deposit.
- The deposit will be used to cover damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning costs.
- Any remaining balance will be refunded within 7–14 working days after departure, subject to inspection.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is available from 3 PM, and check-out is required by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must treat the property and its contents with care and respect.
- Any damage caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.
- Guests must comply with local laws, building regulations, and community rules.
- Excessive noise, parties, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Are pets allowed in the properties?
- Most of our properties are pet-friendly, but we recommend checking the specific listing for pet policies before booking.
Force Majeure
- Holi Ltd shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or utility failures.
Limitation of Liability
- Holi Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, personal injury, or property damage unless caused by proven negligence.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for booking and operational purposes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
Use of the Website
- The content of this website is for general information and booking purposes only.
- Users must not misuse the website or attempt to compromise its security or functionality.
- Holi.mt reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website without notice for misuse.
Amendments
- Holi.mt reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on this page and take effect immediately.
