House Rules

At HOLI, every property is unique, but we ask all guests to follow these guidelines to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone.


  • No Smoking
    Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside any property. You may smoke on balconies, terraces, or outdoor areas, but please keep doors closed to prevent smoke from entering the property.


  • Garbage Collection
    Please sort and take out your garbage on the designated days. Place it in front of the property or in the assigned area. A detailed guide is available inside each property. For additional information in other languages, visit

    ⚠️ Important: Fines may apply for incorrect disposal, and guests are responsible for any penalties.


  • Noise and Respect
    Be considerate of neighbors and other guests. Keep noise levels reasonable, especially during nighttime. Excessive noise, disturbances, or loud parties are not allowed.


  • Parties and Gatherings
    Large parties with loud music or heavy drinking are prohibited. Small, relaxed gatherings such as a glass of wine or a casual drink on the balcony are welcome.


  • Towels and Amenities
    For beach or pool use, please use the provided towels. If additional towels or amenities are needed, contact our Customer Care team, and we will provide them promptly.


  • Breakages and Maintenance
    Report any breakages, malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately to Customer Care. Do not attempt repairs yourself our team will take care of it to ensure safety and comfort.


  • Air Conditioning and Heating
    Please turn off the AC or heating when leaving the property. For optimal comfort and energy efficiency, we recommend setting temperatures to 23°C in summer and 27°C in winter, unless otherwise specified for the property type.


  • Key Return policy                                                                                                                                                               Upon check-out, in properties equipped with a key box, guests must leave the key inside the designated key box. Please ensure the key is securely placed inside and the box is properly closed before leaving the property. Failure to return the key as instructed may result in additional charges.     


  • Ventilation and Drying                                                                                                                                       Please do not hang wet clothes or towels inside the room without proper ventilation. If you need to hang wet items indoors, windows must remain open to allow air circulation. Wet clothes must not be left hanging while the air conditioner is running. Whenever possible, all wet items should be dried outside.Hanging wet laundry indoors without ventilation, especially while using air conditioning, significantly increases indoor humidity levels and may cause mold to develop on walls and other surfaces.Guests are responsible for ensuring sufficient ventilation inside the room at all times to prevent moisture damage.

 


  • Shared Refrigerator Use                                                                                                                                        The refrigerator is a shared space, and each guest must use only their designated shelf or assigned area. All food and  drinks must be properly sealed and clearly labeled with your name and check-out date. Guests must not consume items that do not belong to them. Expired or spoiled food should be disposed of immediately. Before check-out, all personal items must be removed from the refrigerator.


  • Shared Kitchen Areas                                                                                                                                              All shared kitchen areas must be cleaned immediately after use. This includes wiping down surfaces, washing, drying, and properly storing dishes and utensils. Dirty dishes must not be left in the sink, and trash should be disposed of in the appropriate bins. Food and personal belongings should not be left unattended in common areas.


  • Shared Living Spaces                                                                                                                                        Shared living spaces must be kept tidy and organized at all times. Guests are expected to respect quiet hours where applicable and to be mindful of other residents. Furniture should not be moved without permission, and personal belongings should not be left in common areas.


  • Respect and Hygiene                                                                                                                                                             All guests are expected to maintain proper hygiene standards in shared spaces, respect the privacy and comfort of others, and report any damages or maintenance issues promptly. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional cleaning fees or further action if necessary.


  • Customer Care
    For any requests, questions, or assistance whether it’s extra amenities, maintenance, or local recommendations please contact our Customer Care team. We are here to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.


  • Additional Guidelines
  • Treat the property with care as you would your own home.
  • Follow check-in and check-out times; late check-outs must be arranged through Customer Care.
  • Lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
  • Some properties may have unique features (historic furniture, outdoor fire pits, glamping setups, etc.). Please use them responsibly and follow any specific instructions provided in the property guide.
